By accessing or using ClovaX (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClovaX provides a Discord bot and related web dashboard for server management, games, economy, moderation, and other features. The Service may change over time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for abuse, harassment, or illegal activity
• Scrape, automate access, or overload our systems without permission
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or data from the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Discord and may integrate with Twitch and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
